The Atheist Experience #783 of October 14, 2012, with Russell Glasser and Tracie Harris. Index: 0:00; 0:48 Russell; 1:37 Tracie’s talk; 19:51 Troll #1; 20:15 Kyle (Missoula, MT) (25:31 character generator crashes); 39:53 Troll #2; 40:16 Neil (Wales, UK); 50:04 Julie (AR); 56:48 Russell (closing words).
Tracie talks about a neurosurgeon who supposedly visited Heaven and a correspondent who is an atheist in Egypt. During this live show there were some problems with the character generator, so for much of this episode you’ll have to do without the usual captions and end credits. The input of the troll(s) that called in twice has been bleeped over. Hopefully this will discourage other trolls from calling in, just to get their 15 seconds of fame on YouTube.
Note: On August 1, 2012, the TheAtheistExperience channel was taken over by the Atheist Community of Austin (ACA). This means that the former “fan channel” is now an official ACA channel. This “fan post” will be removed when the regular uploads on TheAtheistExperience are resumed.

WHAT IS THE ATHEIST EXPERIENCE?
The Atheist Experience is a weekly cable access television show in Austin, Texas geared at a non-atheist audience. The Atheist Experience is produced by the Atheist Community of Austin.
The Atheist Community of Austin is organized as a nonprofit educational corporation to develop and support the atheist community, to provide opportunities for socializing and friendship, to promote secular viewpoints, to encourage positive atheist culture, to defend the first amendment principle of state-church separation, to oppose discrimination against atheists and to work with other organizations in pursuit of common goals.
We define atheism as the lack of belief in gods. This definition also encompasses what most people call agnosticism.
